Be Fearless...

Image
Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Attitude Is Everything

Image
It really works! Journal about your attitude. How does it affect your work? How does it reflect upon your work? Does it keep you from doing what you would like to do? Does it barricade you behind walls of depression or discouragement? How do you cope with that? Write about it in your journal.

Don't Make Your Obstacles Greater Than Your Ability to Surmount Them

Image
What causes you discouragement? What makes you magnify your difficulties until they are so big they almost crush your spirit? How do you deal with that state of mind and heart? How do you cope until you get over it? Write about it in your journal.

Late to The Game, Early to The Win

Image
Are you a late bloomer? Are you frustrated by where you are in life as opposed to where you could have been or would have liked to have been?  What strengths have you developed as you have had to struggle for some things in life? Can you make a list f things you are truly grateful for and of things that have taught you necessary lessons, even if those lessons have been hard to learn? What is the difference between the Past You and the Current You? What about the Current You vs the Future You? What are you hoping for? What are you aiming at? Do you have a strategic, well-organized plan? Are you moving forward by spurts? In a Composition Notebook or any blank journal, write about all of this. Be clear, and as descriptive as you can. If you want to, finish with a poem or by doodling. Dn't be afraid to make a mess on the page, just let it show your heart.
