Motivational Thoughts

Image
Don't fear the challenge--- embrace the growth. Beating the struggle is what makes you better. What do you do when you face a challenge? Do you run from it or welcome it and deal withit, using it to grow stronger. Handle pressure with more discipline each time and take control of it. Show the version of yourself that truly matters, don't hide it. Someone might need to see it. Have you ever thought that someone might be silently falling apart near you and might really need the strength or encouragement that might bring them. Your first step is deciding that it's possible. That you can do it. How do you usually make that decision? What moves you to that conclusion? Write about it in your journal. If you want to, doodle at the bottom of the page. Your worth lives inside you. Achievements and wealth fade away. Your real value is what you carry inside, what you can use to make a difference for yourself, and for others. Have you thought about it? Write about it or dooddle about...

Are You Eager For the Year to End?

Image
Are you eager for this year to end and to put it behind you? As you move forward, remember the lessons learned, the steps taken, everything that has moved you towards your goals, and smile, looking forward to the future. Happy New Year! Take your journal, look at the year and write about your plans for the future. Additional Thoughts: Always remember that you will have to live with the choices you make. Pick up your journal and write about your choices, the good and the bad, and about the lessons you have learned throughout. The New Year can take you anywhere, but stay focused on your goals and dreams and stay present and involved in life!

Your Fears Need Your Permission to Stop You

Image
Always remember that your fears need your permission to stop you from moving forward. As you move on and go forward, don't forget who you really are. Let your talent shine in everything you do, and don't be afraid of the sparkle. Don't let your focus be lost in the midst of daily pressures. Look at surprises and obstacles as springboards towards your goals. Create your dream with the elements of your talent and all the strength of your desired result. Always lean on your practical side when dealing your goals. Step in to protect your dreams every time they are in danger. Choose one, two or as many of these quotes as you want, and journal about them. Be honest and intentional.
