Don't Diminish Your Value

Have you ever diminished your value? What can you do to change that? Don't stop there!   When something good happens to you, something that matters. Don't forget to be thankful. Don't let your dream be stolen by discouragement. Have you ever given up because of discouragement? Are about to let your dream be stolen from you? What would you do to stop that? Write about it in your journal. If you want to, doodle at the bottom of the page things that will keep you encouraged. Don't put stock on anything your fears tell you. Fear is a lying thing! How do you respond to fear? Do you let it take over and control you? Do you let it do things that paralyze your progress? Write about it in your journal. At the bottom of the page, doodle about it also.   When the time is right for action, don't wait. Take the leap, don't sit it out! What would you do to make that happen? When your cup, your eyes, and your heart are full, because things are sorting out for you in a wonderful way, don't forget to be thankful! Journal about gratitude. What makes you feel thankful? How do you express it? What difference has it made or always makes for you? Write about it in your writing journal.  

A Big Choice

When it comes to your goals and dreams, make sure that you don't make emotional, rash moves, make sure you move solidly!   When you have to make a big choice, don't go with your feelings but with what you can trust. Here is a list of journaling prompts based on the question of whether or not you make decisions emotionally and rashly or in a calmer and methodical way. What is a big choice you made in the past? Did you follow your feelings or what you could trust? How did it turn out? What made you decide the way you did? Think of a big choice you will have to make in the near future.
