Motivational Thoughts

Image
Don't fear the challenge--- embrace the growth. Beating the struggle is what makes you better. What do you do when you face a challenge? Do you run from it or welcome it and deal withit, using it to grow stronger. Handle pressure with more discipline each time and take control of it. Show the version of yourself that truly matters, don't hide it. Someone might need to see it. Have you ever thought that someone might be silently falling apart near you and might really need the strength or encouragement that might bring them. Your first step is deciding that it's possible. That you can do it. How do you usually make that decision? What moves you to that conclusion? Write about it in your journal. If you want to, doodle at the bottom of the page. Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Focus on the finish line, forget about the obstacles along the way... It's not the tool you use, but the way you use the tool that counts. The result depends upon you. Don't make storms of fear for yourself. Show your talent in everything you do and don't miss any detail. Don't let fears hunt down your dreams and destroy them. Don't let discouragement define your day, nor control your movements. When you don't know which way is up, stop for a little bit and check your options. Don't hit the ground running, hit the ground making progress! Be you, don't do someone else. Process things very carefully when deciding about your future. Jump ahead of discouragement by doing the hard things first. If you meet obstacles in the way to your goals, make them work for you. When your work gets stressfu...
