Choose one or more of the quotes on this page, and use them as prompts for guided journaling about your work and about how you feel about it or about any challenge you have to overcome regarding it. How do you put yourself down, being  harsher than your worst faultfinder? Good things take time, so how impatient are you? How easily do you give up? How fast do you become discouraged and just plain abandon something that could have worked really well for you? Journal about one or two of these prompts or about all of them if you prefer.
