Fly After Your Dreams

In your journal or wring notebook describe in detail your dream life. Fill it n as much as possible and flesh it out as if you were writing a story. What does true happiness means to you? What sources of joy do you have that are not material? If your greatest dream could come true, what would it be and how d you think it would change your life? Do you think it would bring lasting happiness with it? Describe in detail where you want to be in 3 years and then in 5 years. What do you have in your heart? Write about t n your journal or writing notebook. If this writing exercise helped you, please comment below.

Attitude Is Everything

It really works! Journal about your attitude. How does it affect your work? How does it reflect upon your work? Does it keep you from doing what you would like to do? Does it barricade you behind walls of depression or discouragement? How do you cope with that? Write about it in your journal.

Don't Make Your Obstacles Greater Than Your Ability to Surmount Them

What causes you discouragement? What makes you magnify your difficulties until they are so big they almost crush your spirit? How do you deal with that state of mind and heart? How do you cope until you get over it? Write about it in your journal.

Late to The Game, Early to The Win

Image
Are you a late bloomer? Are you frustrated by where you are in life as opposed to where you could have been or would have liked to have been?  What strengths have you developed as you have had to struggle for some things in life? Can you make a list f things you are truly grateful for and of things that have taught you necessary lessons, even if those lessons have been hard to learn? What is the difference between the Past You and the Current You? What about the Current You vs the Future You? What are you hoping for? What are you aiming at? Do you have a strategic, well-organized plan? Are you moving forward by spurts? In a Composition Notebook or any blank journal, write about all of this. Be clear, and as descriptive as you can. If you want to, finish with a poem or by doodling. Dn't be afraid to make a mess on the page, just let it show your heart.

How do you capitalize on your natural talent? Do you take courses to polish your skills? How do you apply what you are learning? Do you practice specific techniques  and keep them in a swipe file so that you can look back at them and see your improvement? (Don't look at them for a while, when you learn not to get discouraged by a critical examination of your writing and are ready, instead, to be challenged to improve and get better) Do you work on developing yourself, not just to make money? Can you map out a steady track for your readers so that you will not leave them behind? Do you know what are the weak areas in your writing, so you can improve them? Are you willing to improve steadily? Write about it in your journal or writer's notebook.

You Can Have An Amazing Journey

What do you need more of n your life? What makes you waver in regards t your goals and dreams? How do you deal with it? How d you distance yourself from negativity? What are you grateful for? What do you think you have achieved so far? What are you glad or relieved for today? Journal about it in as much length as you want to.
