Let's Get Motivated!

  When things go wrong with your plans and your world tilts a little, hang on! How would you do that? How do you manage when things seem to go crazy and beyond your control? Write about it in your journal or doodle about it. If you are drowning, float until you can swim again. Whatever you do, don't sink. Make a list in your journal on how to float, doodle about it or do both. If you can't keep up with things, take a breather, so you won't be rushed into making mistakes.  Write or doodle about it in your journal. When you can't do anything more, just try being present.  Write a list of actions you can take (practical ones), even if they are small, to be present. If you feel inspired, doodle around the page as a frame. You can turn your day around with just your attitude! No one can be like you nor do things the way you do them. Do not hide behind someone else's shadow, don't deprive the world of your own kind of special uniqueness.

I have a face that looks at you
and sometimes tells you what to do.
I run as fast as I can go
and while I move something I show.
What am I?

Some make me, some do things to get me, some carry me,
some use me, some raise me. What am I?

Air will feed me but water will kill me. What am I?

I am far away from you but you can't stop me from reaching you.
Who am I?

The more you take out of me, the bigger I become. What am ?

I keep things that are out from coming in, and I keep things that are in from going out.
What am I?

I have holes but can hold things in, I can be squeezed and I let things out. What am I?

They made with a head and a tail, but did not give me a body. What am I?

I can get soaked and yet I dry, what am I?

I move a lot and never stop, I make a sound that some people love.

You can look inside of me and outside of me. What am I? 

I go around the forest in every which way but never leave the forest in any way.
What am I?
