  • What made it so important?
  • What was the result of it?
  • How do you feel about it?
  • Is there anything you need to let go about the experience?
  • Write at length about it, touching not only on the key points but elaborating as much as possible.
  • Try to fill at least two pages.
  • What does showing up for life means to you?
  • Explain.

Don't Let Hope Get Cynical

Life has its ups and downs, its ebbs and its flows, but your dreams is the same as it ever was, don't let hope get cynical. You can make it! Without forgetting the child in you, nurture the grown-up in your fondest aspirations. You can transform your life by what you choose to do or not to do today. Have it your way, working at it all the day. Do not keep your hopes at the edge of ruin, work on them so they'll come alive! Fear can light little fires everywhere, and you can wear yourself out putting them out, instead of dealing with the fear. So you know what you should do. Opposites attract, but say no to that when old, ugly discouragement wants  to get together with your dreams! Don't let obstacles change the course you have set towards your dream.
