Don't cheat yourself of what's good for you. How do you do it? Do you know? How do you know what to do or how to get your act together when you're acting as your own worst enemy? Choose prompts from the following list that you want to write about to examine this the specific problem, when it comes to your goals, your dreams, and your insecurities. Think of 3 words that spell stress for you. Write down at least one and describe why you chose it. Think of 3 words that are synonyms of your greatest fear and write about them. Think of the ways in which you knock yourself down, and write what you would like to do to change your behavior. How do you cheat yourself of what's good for you?
