Be Fearless...

Image
Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Motivational Prompts to Do Some Journaling Or to Write

Choose to write or journal by choosing any or all the prompts based on the quotes I have enclosed in this post.

"You are cheating yourself of your future when you just give up and quit:"

  • What is your special and unique purpose in life, and how can you pursue it with renewed determination whenever circumstances or obstacles discourage you?
  • What is draining your energy, your enthusiasm, and standing in the way of your ability to accomplish your goals?
  • What can you give up, say no to, or let go of in order to move forward toward your greatest goal or dream?
  • What are your biggest fears and doubts, what things paralyze you and how can you confront them head-on in order to achieve your goals or at least, to reach a specific target?
  • What do you want your life to look like now and in the near future, and how can you take actionable steps toward that objective?
  • What accomplishment are you most proud of, what do you want to attain the most, and how can you use that as motivation to keep pushing forward until you reach your goal?

If you could do today over, would you? No worries, you've got tomorrow:

  • If you could do today over, would you?
  • What would you change?
  • How would you do today over?
  • What changes would you make?
  • What would you leave the same?

  • What is something you have always wanted to try but have been too afraid to attempt?
  • What held you back?
  • Why were you afraid to even attempt it?
  • What is keeping you from taking even a small step towards that goal today, even if it's just researching how to get started?
  • Reflect on a time when you overcame a fear or challenge.
  • What lessons did you learn from that experience, and how can you apply them to your current situation?
  • What key lessons can you learn from the experience and apply to any fear that is paralyzing you?
  • Identify the biggest fear you have or the greatest obstacle that is holding you back from achieving your goals.
  • Write down three obtainable steps you can take to overcome that fear or obstacle and commit to taking at least one of those steps this week.
  • Summon some courage and take at least one of those steps. Write down which actionable step or steps worked for you and keep on going.
  • You don't have to broadcast the fact to the world until you have achieved something, but don't deprive yourself of at least trying!
  • Find a role model or mentor who has achieved something similar to what you aspire to accomplish. Reach out to them or to someone you trust, who has achieved similar results to those you want to attain. Ask them for advice or guidance, or even hire them for coaching on how to overcome your fears and achieve your goals.
  • Write down a detailed description of what success looks like for you, and refer back to it whenever you feel discouraged or need motivation to keep trying and moving forward.

I hope these prompts help and encourage you a great deal!
