Ask yourself, what would the worst-case scenario if you took the step you are afraid of taking?
What would the best-case scenario if you actually took action?
What would be the most likely outcome if you took action?
What is really holding you back?
What would be the next logical step you can take toward your goal?
What are three things I can do to make sure you're taking care of business today?
What is one simple thing you can do to simplify your workload?
Is there even one thing you can delegate to someone else?
Are you afraid of letting go?
Do you find it difficult to delegate?
What is one thing that is not serving you well that you can logically let go of?
What is one thing you enjoy about your work?
What are you grateful for in your work?
Can you make a list of milestones in your work?
Can you see objectively, where you were, how much you have grown, and where you are today?
What is one thing you can do to celebrate your progress that will make you feel encouraged?
How can you consciously stop bashing yourself in regard to your work and being your worst critic?
What is one thing you can do to be compassionate and kind to yourself today?
