Be Fearless...

Image
Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Running Through the Sprinklers

When was the last time that finishing a project made you feel like running through the sprinkles?
Don't lose the joy of what you do, because it will lose its ability to be special to you,
and to others.

Has it lost its sparkle and excitement?

Do you have to grit your teeth to keep doing it?

Has it lost its joy?

How will you recover it?

Write about it.

Stand bravely on the other side of fear and insecurity. Move toward accomplishment, daring not to be afraid of failure. You can learn from failure, but you cannot learn from paralysis.
Even your failures can act as propellers to move you forward if you would let them.

As you strive to move forward, your strengths and your talents will become more and more apparent to you and others.

Write about this.
