Be Fearless...

Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Don't Let Old Insecurities...

Don't let old insecurities drum up the support of your challenges to keep you from working for your dreams.

The following prompts are intended to help you explore how old insecurities might cause you to give up when facing challenges and hinder your progress toward your goals or dreams:

Reflect on your past: Write about how you felt when you were younger and how those feelings of insecurity may still affect you today

How can you identify when insecurities are holding you back?

Identify triggers: What situations or people consistently bring up feelings of insecurity for you?
What do you do about it?

Explore how these triggers impact your ability to face challenges and move forward toward achieving your goals or dreams, or even making new plans.

Examine past successes: Recall moments when you felt confident and accomplished. What did you do to achieve those successes? How can you apply those strategies to overcome current insecurities and pursue your goals?
Can you remember those victories when faced with a twinge of insecurity?

Identify limiting beliefs: What negative beliefs or self-doubts hold you back from pursuing your goals or dreams? Explore how these beliefs may stem from old insecurities and consider ways to challenge and reframe them.

Have you been deeply affected by things people have told you along the way?
Are you too hard on yourself?

Recognize patterns: Reflect on recurring patterns of insecurity in your life. Are there common themes or situations that trigger these feelings? How can you break free from these patterns and move forward?

Set realistic goals: Create goals for yourself that are challenging yet attainable. Break them down into smaller, manageable steps to build confidence and overcome insecurities that may arise along the way.

Seek support: Consider who in your life can provide support and encouragement as you face challenges and work towards your goals. Write about how their presence can help you overcome old insecurities.

Remember that facing and overcoming old insecurities takes time and effort. Be patient with yourself and celebrate each step forward toward your goals and dreams.
