Be Fearless...

Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Protect Your Dreams From Your Fears

Here are writing and journaling prompts based on the quote "Protect your dreams from your fears":

  • What are your biggest fears or anxieties that are holding you back from pursuing your dreams?
  • How have your fears impacted your ability to pursue and achieve your goals and aspirations?
  • Reflect on a specific dream or goal that you have. Write about what is holding you back from pursuing it. Is it fear of failure and ridicule if you fail?
  • What fears or doubts are preventing you from fully committing to it?
  • Imagine what would make you free from your fears. What exactly would enable you to be free from your fears?
  • How would that impact your ability to pursue and achieve your dreams?
  • Write about strategies or actions you can take to protect your dreams from your fears.
  • How can you overcome, manage or eradicate your fears in order to move forward toward your goals and dreams?

These prompts are designed to help you identify and understand your fears, to explore their impact on your dreams, and to develop conscious strategies to overcome them.

 Happy writing or  journaling!
