Be Fearless...

Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

How Do You Feel About Your Dream?

Don't let lack of confidence push you toward failure!

What are the areas in which your lack of confidence pushes you to make choices that
will cause you to fail at what you want to achieve?
Write about it in your journal.

It always depends on what you put in it. That's what you will get out of it.

What are you putting into your efforts that will bring you returns later on?
Write about it in your journal.

Let enthusiasm be the antidote of discouragement.
How do you handle discouragement?
How do you fight against the urge to give up on your dream because it's hard to achieve?
Write a list of points.
Independently examine each point. Explore what you usually do.
Write about it in your journal.

Don't believe any statements of discouragement.
How many of those statements have you believed along the way?
How many times have you had to face walls erected by fears that were not real?
How many times did those fears drive you to discouragement?
Don't dismiss this question out of hand. Deal with it honestly.
Write about it in your journal.

Don't just believe in your dream when it's working out.
Believe in it all along the way.
Write about it in your journal.

Don't let the spark of your dream die out.
The question you should be asking yourself is, Am I gonna stick it out for my dream?
If you are, then don't let it die out, you know deep inside you have what it takes.
What do you need to do to get excited about your dream again?
How do you keep the spark burning bright?
How do you keep your dream from dying out in the middle of the natural stress and
struggle of life?
Write about it in your journal.
