Motivational Thoughts

Don't fear the challenge--- embrace the growth. Beating the struggle is what makes you better. What do you do when you face a challenge? Do you run from it or welcome it and deal withit, using it to grow stronger. Handle pressure with more discipline each time and take control of it. Show the version of yourself that truly matters, don't hide it. Someone might need to see it. Have you ever thought that someone might be silently falling apart near you and might really need the strength or encouragement that might bring them. Your first step is deciding that it's possible. That you can do it. How do you usually make that decision? What moves you to that conclusion? Write about it in your journal. If you want to, doodle at the bottom of the page. Your worth lives inside you. Achievements and wealth fade away. Your real value is what you carry inside, what you can use to make a difference for yourself, and for others. Have you thought about it? Write about it or dooddle about...

Let Your Aspirations Rule Your Horizons

Let your aspirations rule your horizons. What does that statement tell you?

What does your biggest aspiration look like when you give it the space to fully rule your horizon? Describe it in vivid detail as if it’s already happening.

What small, fearless action can you take today to step closer to the horizon you truly want? The path forward is made of steps—what’s the next one?

Have I been letting doubt, routine, or fear shrink my horizons? If so, what mindset shift can make you reclaim your full view?

If you had zero limitations, what would your ultimate aspiration be? Write it as boldly and and unapologetically as possible.

When you picture yourself at the horizon of your dreams, looking back, what advice would your future self give you today? What lessons would your past self remind you of? Write that advice as a letter to yourself.

Don't atomize your dreams in your efforts to make them come true. Write about this in your journal.

Don't let your fears put your dreams in cold storage. What would cause you to put your dreams on a shelf, to freeze your advance toward them and lose your opportunity? Write about it in your journal.

Always be your best, never be less than that. How would you try to be your best? What areas do you need to deal with? Do you ever feel less than others? Write about it in your journal.

Never compromise on the quality of what you make. Don't split the difference to get it done faster or cheaper. It is your brand, after all. Write about it in your journal.

Make sure your journey has room for joy. How do you find creative ways to inject some splashes of joy into your day? Write about it in your journal.

If you need advice, get it from someone you truly trust. Who is the person you trust the most? Why? Write about it in your journal.

Squeeze the day to the full. What does that look to you? How would you do that? Write about it in your journal.

Hope these prompts have encouraged you to journal!

Keep writing!
