Be Fearless...

Image
Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Give Your Dreams a Reason

Make every effort to give your dreams a reason to move forward.
And be ready when the doors open.

Have you ever lost an opportunity because you weren't ready when an unexpected door opened?
Write about it in your journal.

Do any of your dreams have a leg to stand on? Yes, if you
don't give roon to discouragement.

How many times you have given up on a dream because it was too hard to get to the point in which it would be fulfilled and you became too discouraged to keep trying? Write about it in your journal.

You need to subtract from your routine everything that is holding you back from reaching your goals.

How do you do that? What is holding you back? Is it insecurity? Write about it in your journal.

Don't put a low price tag on your goals to obey your discouragements.

Have you done it? How can you stop doing it?
Write about it in your journal.

Make optimistic plans, but make sure they are solid plans.

Sometimes a plan falls through because when it was first
laid out, the foundation was not completely solid.

Has that happened to you? What did you do about it?
Write about it in your journal.

Take life as it is, even if you have to work hard to reach
your goal, at least secure a path forward.

How would you do that? Write about it in your journal.

When a choice you're about to make has all the fingerprints of a disaster
on it, and could lead you to the destruction of your goals and dreams.
Don't do it!
Don't let the urge of taking action for the sake of action, sink your ship.
Help your dreams stay alive!

Have you ever moved rashly and found yourself in the middle of a disaster?
What lessons did you learn? How did you deal with the situation?
Write about it in your journal.

When you're going for a goal, try to keep your frustrations on their best behavior.

Do you have trouble doing that? Write about it in your journal.

Every time your day gets away from you and tries to undermine your plans,
reclaim it!

Take your journal and write down at least ten ways you can
reclaim your day.
