Be Fearless...

Be fearless and relentless about your goals and dreams. What does that mean to you? Write about it in your journal. Authenticity is your greatest source of influence. You don't have to go crazy or stand on your head while singing at the top of your lungs, you just have to be yourself. There are no other copies available, there is only one YOU. What do you think about this? Write about it in your journal. If you're done worrying, be done wringing your hands altogether. Broker a deal with calm and keep it! How can you do this? Write about what you would go about it in your journal. How committed are you to your dreams and goals? Let that commitment keep you going. Write 5 reasons that prove you are committed in your journal. Dare ton never, ever quit. Have you ever seriously thought about quitting on a dream, hope or goal. Don't do it! Write about how you defeated those moments of doubt. Was it fear? Was it self-doubt? Was it just fatigue and burnout?  How did you handle it...

Be Accountable to Your Dreams

Be accountable to your dreams.
How can you do that? Write about it in your journal.

Choose to keep going, to keep moving steadily forward.
How do you do that when the stress is high and things are not going the way you want them to? Write about it in your journal.

Even if you work hard, never loose sight of what's important in life and of your connection with those who love you. How will you do that when life gets hectic? Write about it in your journal.

Don't let anyone's opinion of your work discourage you. Always do your best and
don't let others discourage you. Have you ever found yourself in a situation of being put down by someone who was really getting to you and discouraging you? How did you cope? How did you handle that situation? What lessons did you learn? Write about it in your journal.

Embrace your true potential and do something with it. How will you do that? What goals do you have?

When rain falls in your life, remember the bright days and renew your hope. Write about the bright days in your journal.

Honor the courage of the people who are brave enough to tell you the truth you don't want to hear. Honor them with your trust. Don't get angry, if they are giving you valuable advice, take it.
Have you ever received advice you didn't like? Were you annoyed? What did you do with the piece of advice you received? If you ignored it, would it have made a difference if you had heeded it? Write about it in your journal.

Your vision will only have the dimensions you give it. What are those dimensions? Are they limited by fear or insecurities? What gives you hope and courage? Write about it in your journal.

Keep writing, keep journaling!
