Are you Facing a Challenge? Is Your Dream Just Beyond a Hurdle?


 

1- Stop and ask yourself, "Am I a fighter or a quitter?"
2- Recognize that challenges are an unavoidable part of life.
3- Obstacles and hurdles are to be expected. Instead of
giving in to discouragement, try to focus on the positive lessons
you could learn.
4- Instead of allowing the challenge to weaken you or break you
down, try to devise a legitimate strategy to deal with the situation
in a way that will be helpful to you, not only now, but in the future.
5- Acknowledge that perception is key. If you make up your mind that
you cannot, you will not.
6- No matter which way you go, not all roads will be smooth and
simple. You need to be strong enough to get through an obstruction
in your way.
7- Learn to rein in your emotions so they will not get the best of you.
8- If your goal or dream is worthwhile, there will be obstacles and
challenges, and you must be willing to deal with them.
9- Make sure you are not held back from moving forward by discouragement,
lack of motivation or from plunging into a situation of low spirits from the 
loss or hope, courage or inspiration.

Choose one or more of these journaling points and write about them
in your journal.
