  When things go wrong with your plans and your world tilts a little, hang on! How would you do that? How do you manage when things seem to go crazy and beyond your control? Write about it in your journal or doodle about it. If you are drowning, float until you can swim again. Whatever you do, don't sink. What are some potential drawbacks of pursuing this activity? How can you mitigate them? Do you even know how to or do you need professional guidance or coaching?
How will you celebrate your successes along the way? What rewards can you give yourself for making progress? What favorite things will you do to give yourself a lift?
What advice would you give someone else who is struggling to find purpose in pursuing a dream or a goal? How can you inspire and motivate others? What part of your experience would be the most motivational to others?
Use these prompts as a simple starting point, and write honestly or come up with your own ideas about how you would deal with moving forward with a purpose, instead of just spinning your wheels on the same spot without making progress.
