Let's Get Motivated!

When things go wrong with your plans and your world tilts a little, hang on! How would you do that? How do you manage when things seem to go crazy and beyond your control? Write about it in your journal or doodle about it. If you are drowning, float until you can swim again. Whatever you do, don't sink. Make a list in your journal on how to float, doodle about it or do both. If you can't keep up with things, take a breather, so you won't be rushed into making mistakes.  Write or doodle about it in your journal. When you can't do anything more, just try being present.  Write a list of actions you can take (practical ones), even if they are small, to be present. If you feel inspired, doodle around the page as a frame. You can turn your day around with just your attitude! Write in your journal about a day that you were able to turn around by changing your mentality about what's going on. Doodle between the lines or the paragraphs of your journaling. Think of what...

Actions Are Seeds

Actions are seeds that will bring their crop in due time. Make sure your harvest is a good one.

Making your work stand out is all about the extras you pile on top of what others are doing, making your stuff extra special.

You don't need other people to free you when you're already free.

Always be honest with yourself and take steps accordingly.

Check before you leap! Make sure you have at least an idea of where you're going to land!

Don't let years of doubting yourself make you fear to try again.

If a challenge you suddenly face pushes you to be afraid, push it back, and move forward!

Think through the process to make sure where your feet are going to land before you take the leap!

Take your time to make things work and be willing to adapt to change your plans as you move forward.

If it's not working, don't throw more spaghetti at the wall, change the strategy!

Don't be afraid of the bird's eye view of a project before you commit to it.

There is always a way forward. Lean on the experiences that have shaped you, and then,
bloom anyway!

Choose the way that will work best for you, not just what seems expedient.

Challenges create growth, change offers opportunities.

Add a bit of personality to all you do, it will make it unique and special.

Do you allow your fears to be the worst enemies of your dreams?

Design your dream to improve your life.

Learn to win through your obstacles and delays.

Don't give up because things are not turning out the way you planned. They might turn out even better than your planned.

Don't look at challenges as problems, but as opportunities to grow and to develop.

When it comes to your work and reaching your goals, don't break your own rules.

Don't lose your dream every step of the way forward. Keep it alive!

Choose one or more of these quotes and journal about them.   Doodle at the bottom of he page about the quote or quotes you chose to write about.
